Can anyone explain to me the weight watchers program??

i gotta wait until i get paid in two weeks and i just want to get started.. i dont really understand the how the points goes.

Why not just go to http://www.weightwatchers.com and let them explain it you.
im not on it but i have several friends who are.. based on your height + and weight you get X amount of points for the day (the more you weigh the more points you get) plus you also get like 35 extra points for the week which you can save up or use during the week.you have to eat like 5 servings of veggies and fruit and dairy (low/fat free) and drink a certain amount of water perday (you get a little book where you have to write all this stuff down) and there are things that have no point value like celery, lettuce and spinach (and more) that you could eat all day. the more weight you lose the more your points go down. you weigh in on certain day (my friends choose monday) and you get little prizes when you achieve certain goals.i've never heard of my friends complain about being hungry.edit: you can basically eat anything you want as long as its in your points range for that day.
