Can i lose weight from switching to diet soda?

Answer:
That and cutting calories in half..I lost over 200lbs
No, you shouldn't drink soda at all.
it is a scientific fact that aspartame is the number one cause of memory loss, Brain tumors and holes in the brain (not a joke) So NO TO DIET SODA!and aspartame is in almost EVERY sugar free food/Drink
Maybe, but you'd be better off if you stopped drinking soda entirely. Water isn't so bad... in fact, it sorta sustains life... : )May God bless you.
Yes. Sugared sodas are often the greatest single source of empty calories in Americans' lives. You can cut hundreds of calories a day out of your diet by avoiding them.
HAHAHA. I laugh at you misfortune.
Of course not. It is all a marketing campaign solely aimed to please the buyer into purchasing more vulgar items.
Yes you will lose 20 lbs and then level out to normal if you drink alot of sugary soda like 10 or more a day you could lose 50 lbs I did
Of course-the less calories you ingest, the better off you are. But, diet soda is not good for you. It can make you hungrier, therefore negating the whole calorie deal to begin with. You'd be better off drinking water than any type of soda.
Actually, you should limit soda altogether (even diet) since it still contains a lot of sugar and has virtually no health benefits. If you want to lose weight, eliminate your soda drinking and fatty foods. If you want some more tips for weight loss, visit http://www.realhomeremedies.com... and click on weight loss.
Depends on how may sodas you normally drink. Had a friend who would drink 3 or 4 a day. He lost 14 lbs by giving up soda. A can of soda has about 150 calories in it so he was drinking about 600 calories a day just from soda.
try water. Diet soda can stimulate your appetite more than natural sugar. Drinking soda should be reduced to one per day, and replaced with water. no calories in water either! You know? Don't' for get less calories in, and more calorie burned makes you lose weight.
u can but u have to eat healthy foods also and dont eat as many sweets and junk food as u use 2.
You might notice a slight difference to your weight but eventually you body will adjust and the weight loss will stop. Just switching to diet soda will not give you great or long term results. If you do not want to give up soda completely start by switching to diet and then start making sure you have a soda free day every week, then 2, then 3..Kind of like weening yourself of it. You will notice if you stop drinking soda that you feel less bloated and that mght make your tummy look a little trimmer.
no, soda is soda
and drinking not with sugar in it! Try splenda or sweet n low or something along these lines...
Yep! I know how it is to LOVE soda.. so if you must drink SODA instead of going cold turkey without it.. switch to diet.I lost 10 pounds just switching to Diet and don't drink soda with ASPARTAMEMake Sure its SPLENDA!!Try it for a week
NO U ******* FAT ****. U SHOULDNT BE EATING OR DRINKING ANYTHING BECAUSE U ARE A FATASS. LEARN HOW TO HATE YOURSELF ENOUGH TO NOT EAT OR DRINK. IF U WANT TO STOP BEING A WHALE LEARN SOME GODDAMN SELF CONTROL! **** WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS!
You probably would but you would get better results by not drinking soda at all. Drink water or tea.
Yes and No. On the yes side, if you drink diet soda each time replacing regular soda that can keep away 5-10 pounds in a year, since you're cutting back on sugar, carbs and calories. On the no side, it's not recommended to use diet soda as some sort of dietary supplement. To truly keep the weight off drink more water. Water is natural and has so many benefits: appetite suppressant, replenishes body cells to maintain it's basic functions, etc. You can buy the Vitamin Water, or Sobe Life Water if tired of the regular old water. Or even add a slice of lemon to your water to make it more enjoyable! :) Hope this helps!
Switching to diet soda can definatly help. You will cut out a lot of empty calories that way (not to mention all the sugar). That was the first change I made when I decided to be healthier, and i still think it was the most important change. Made losing weight much easier.
