Can Drinking alot and nothing but Water make someone lose weight?


Answer:
Consuming large quantities of water can lead to death. If you want to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume. You have to eat healthy and exercise regularly to lose weight and keep it off.Starvation will cause your body to store more body fat when you resume eating - that is why diets don't work. There is no quick fix, people tend to gain more weight after the diet, than they had before the diet.
