Can anyone tell me how to loose some weight?

You see, I am a slim person. I am actually waist 29 but I want to get rid of the love handles I have. I hate the fact that I am a bit podgy and I was just wondering if anyone knows how to loose those 'unnecessary' bits. I actually feel my abdomen quite strong and I think I have the basis to start working on a proper six pack, but still the podgyness covers it all. Any GOOD sugestions of a diet or something like that? (Don't tell me to go to the gym) Cheers.

you don,t have to go to the gym, just a few exercises at home, like streching from side to side, arms in the air 20 times twice a day. that will clear the love handles in no time

Diet and exercise is the answer for anyone trying to lose weight.
I would do some more cardio - running, aerobics, whatever, and definately do more crunches. Do your upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. (Sit ups, then feet up, then side crunches.) Usually three sets of 8 to 10 are good and do them every other day. Good luck.
Due to your size, it would seem that you only need to tone up, hence the gym, however try a high protien diet low carbs and ob low fat for a couple of weeks
liposuctionor what u didn't want to hear....go the the gym...lolif you're not over weight then all you need to do is get in shape and toned.and the only way you can do that is by one of the two things i said above.
1} Exercise.
2} Suffer a serious accident.
3} Keep busy.
4} Don't have set meal times. Only eat when you're hungry.Point 2 worked wonders for me but had the side effect that I nearly died !
diet alone won't help, but is a bonus.
cut any meat, alcohol, junk food %26 fried food from your diet.
you need to get more exercise.
swimming is really really good for sorting out flabby bits %26 as you think you're not that bad, the swimming pool won't be that daunting.
Why not the gym that's the best way,then there is running,don't fancy that either then eat lots of salads and fruit,cut out alcohol if you drink,just eat and drink sensibly,there are loads of online diets you can check out but the gym is your best bet really.
if you want to lose quick weight then slow down on drinking liquids and cut out sugar and salt for a little while.
If you want to lose pudge or love handles then exercise is the only thing that will help. Walk.
If you want to lose more weight then cut your calories to 1300 and eat the same meal for a month (just one meal a day only). No snacking. have a multiple vitamin. Drink one glass of milk a day.
Consume less calories than you use. It's not rocket science.

Here is a diet tip that I think most people over look or just don't know about. Increase your fiber consumption. Foods that are high in fiber are considered slow carbohydrates ( oatmeal, vegetables, buckwheat boiled potatoes with the skin). Fiber will help with elimination and in turn reduce the waistline. Increase protein consumption, don't eat too much at each sitting and spread your meals out.
