Can drinking to much applejuice make you gain weight? Or is it good for you?

Answer:
raw apple juice has some nutritional value, the pretty clear stuff in the stores is basically colored sugar water. The first ingredient on the label is inevitably high frustose corn syrup which is chemically altered sugar.
So, yeah, the stuff available in most stores, will add calories from the sugar and very little if any nutrition, so drinking alot will certainly not help you LOSE weight.
apple juice is good for you. Apple juice is a fruit and fruits are mainly sugar. They do have lots of vitamins in them though. So try a low sugar apple juice or a no sugar added one.
There are a lot of carbs in apple juice -

Since apple juice is mostly sugar, yes, it can lead to weight gain if you drink too much. Like most juices, I would drink it in moderation and stick to mainly water!
If it is processed, it will have a lot of sugar in it. Yes, you can gain wait. Not really good for you - drink water and eat an apple instead. Unless you squeeze your own!
well anything of too much is not good for you. if you are intaking too many calories and drinking lots of applejuice then you may gain weight but lots of applejuice alone shouldn't put on that much weight. but from experience drinking more than 24 ounces of applejuice in one sitting calls for bad abdominal cramps and very watery diahrreah.
apple juice is good for u but it depends on if it's fresh made or store bought. apples are rich with fiber and vitamins but usually store bought apple juice have additives esp alot of sugar which is not so good for u.
its good for u til a certain amt. u shouldnt see any weight gain aslong as u control ur consumption.
too much of anything isn't good for u.
yes it will. Apple juice has tons of sugar in it. Even though your getting nutrients from it, its not something you want to drink a lot of especially if your cutting calories or sugar. Grab water instead. If you crave flavor but don't want the sugar or calories...add Crystal Light to your water. Feels like juice, tastes like juice but doesn't make you gain like juice.

its better to eat your fruit than drink them.
