Can I eat out every weekday and not gain weight?

I'm in school from 8 - 3 and usually get bbq chicken, pasta and rice for lunch. I go to the gym 5x a week and do 45 mins of cardio and some weight lifting, do u think if I eat out this much I will never get nice muscles??
I'm 5'8 133 lbs male
Answer:
ur workout is fine...45mins cardio+wt training is enough workout even for some1 who wants to loose wt. i personally lost 7 Kgs in 2 months with normal diet (not low fat or anything but just stopped eating out for those 2 months) with a similar workout. but u r saying that u eat bbq chicken, pasta n rice for lunch almost everyday, If you eat out everyday and don't burn ur daily calorie intake, u'll end up gaining 10 KGs in a year or 2 just like i did arnd 4 yrs ago! :( , for avoiding wt gain, u should adopt a low-fat diet...
"Subway" food is always low-fat.try to eat only low-cal food items when u r eating out..
ur current workout is fine, but try changing to some low-cal lunch wen u r eating out.
For getting nice muscles, increase ur wt training sessions. n take protein supplements. but do maintain a regular workout.
That's a lot of carbs, man. If you're trying to build muscle eat carbs, but not a lot and more protein. Get some protein shakes or bars for between meals.
Calories in versus calories out works every time
As long as you're doing exercises specifically to tone/build your muscles, then they will get stronger. But as far as gaining weight goes, you have to choose healthy things when you eat out or you WILL gain weight. Try eating more sandwiches and salads, and get a lot of whole wheat and fiber if you continue to eat pasta.
I think it is possible to eat out all the time and lose weight, or maintain your weight, but you would have to be VERY careful what you ate. Probably lots of salads and chicken, or turkey.
Consult your local professional coach and family physician, too.
Question is : do you have nice muscles now? I think that what you eat is the most important thing here, not where you get it.Eating out is not bad as long as you don't do it every day. those meals are usually too high in sodium and fat. Just take a lunch from home three times a week and eat out twice and then evaluate how you feel and look after 6 weeks. Good Luck!
You can, but only if you are careful. However, do you actually mean NOT gain weight, or not gain fat? Muscle is heavier than fat, and you are doing some weight lifting. With any protein intake, you WILL build some muscle, and gain a small amount of weight. Personally, I would change my diet to lower fat, carbs and sugars if you wish to build definition in your muscles. Pork is better than chicken for this, but it needs to be lean pork. At 5'8, 133 lbs, you will gain weight. It is called growing. If you change your diet, the weight won't be fat.
