Can milk help me grow tall ? if i drink mlk every day, and does it matter if it any milk?

Answer:
Hi friend, In my life of 61 years i have seen or heard no one getting tall by drinking milk or by taking any kinds of medicines inspite of some tall claims made by quacks. However my sense of logic tells me that playing volleyball, basketball and cycling may help provided you are still young enough.
As for milk, nothing wrong with drinking it.In my opinion cow's milk is the best what with its less fat content, very little cholestrol and easy digestiblity.
nope, but play some basketball and you may grow a little
It's packed with calcium so of course!
i hop so bc thts wut im trying to do lol.
Milk builds strong bones so I guess yeah
uh... dont drink milk. its nasty. DUH
maybe,i dont really know if milk has that sort of proprerties but i do know it will make you bones stronger and that cant be bad.
the only thing cows milk was meant for was baby cows.avoid it - eating animal products makes you more likely to get cancer.eat almond nut milk instead, much healthier.
Proper nutrition allows your body to reach it maximum potential in height and general health. Milk, vegetables and protein are important part of that proper nutrition.
i dont think so i love milk and drink it almost every day and im still the same height. i wish it could sometimes so i can grow at least 2-3 inches.
No! Milk wont help you "grow tall". Only genetics can determine how tall you will be. Milk will however make your bones strong.
Maybe a bit, but just milk won't help. Most people think that just by drinking milk, they'll start growing; so they go off and sleep and play computer games. I advice playing some sports (like basketball or volleyball which involves jumping) and working out your calves.
It depends. If you're a teenager you should drink milk every day. It may or may not make you tall depending on your genetics and also whether or not you get good sleep. Getting enough rest is important to getting taller because you grow the most while you're snoozing. Just make sure you don't snooze too much and miss school in the morning.
it makes strong bones but doesn't necessarily mean you will be taller
Your height is already decided by your genetics, so no matter how hard you eat or how hard you exercise, you'll be what is written on your genes.
no, milk will not make you taller. it will make your bones stronger, which is good. but defintely not taller. No one can alter their own hight. How ever tall your going to be is how tall your going to be. hope i could help.
no AT ALL, i wish that's true =/ , am the only 1 in my house drinking milk dially and the shortest =p
i don't think so shorty, milk have calcium, thats what makes bones stronger but NOT bigger, if you're +20yr old you won't grow any taller no matter how much milk you drink!
It will not make you taller, genes, immediate or from great grandparents etc. usually decipher height. But it is important to drink mild. Strong bones are essential to good health.
%26gt;Well, no you can have good bones,
good muscle tissue, nice skin with
something other than milk. I guess.Even if you are lactose-intolerant you can
drink a type of lactose-free milk. That's new. That's where my knowledge ends. But I
drink Vitamin D(red label), because skim milk
has been questioned a lot about how healthy it is.A lot of people eat butter now instead ofmargarine. Everyone should have a certain amount of fat, because it helps you havebone and joint cushioning..
..
.
drinking milk is going to prevent bone loss when you get older, after menopause. It wont help u get taller now,but it will make your bones stronger so you wont get osteoporosis(spell check)when you're 50.
