Can anyone help me get thinner? Any suggestions?

I stand 5'6".

And I'm overweight.A stylist/talent manager told me that I'd be a total hottie if only i can slim myself down - but I just can't! I know this can't go on if I'd pursue a career in the music industry, but how? I've tried pills,everything..But it doesn't work. and i can't stop eating, because I HAVE FEVER when I don't eat.Help, anyone?

when you say you get a fever when you don't eat, do you mean when you don't eat when you want to, when you miss a meal, or when you don't eat all day?if you're starving yourself, then yeah, you'll feel sick. and you may get light-headed if you miss a meal cause your blood sugar can get low. if you feel sick just because you're trying not to eat but you want to eat but you're not really hungry, you may be a compulsive eater. try reading "when food is love" or even therapy if that's the case.as far as the actual losing weight goes, avoid diets. at least 90% don't work for the long-term. they deprive you causing you to eat like crazy when you come off. plus, if it's too stringent and you're barely eating, your metabolism will get thrown way off and you'll gain weight back faster. what you have to do is change your lifestyle. eat small meals every 3 hours, but try not to eat past 7 or 8 at night. put your fork down between bites (makes you take your time...you'll get full faster), drink lots of water (also keeps you from getting hungry), and don't deprive yourself! if you've been doing really good for 2 weeks and are just craving some fast food, have some in a small size, but go back to your routine afterwards.get plenty of cardio. take walks around the neighborhood, on a treadmill, join a gym (curves is great btw)don't kill yourself doing crazy diets and taking pills. lead a healthy lifestyle and you'll reap the benefits.

you are a pretty girl. but you know it is hard to pursue a career in the music industry as an asian. why don't you try for american idol. go to school, study music, and be a producer
eat more of veggies and vegetable. go for an active lifestyle like enrolling in a gym. and incorporate habits that would help burn those fats off like taking a walk, cycling, using the stairs instead of the elevator. and drink lots water if you're feeling hungry in between meals instead of grabbing a bite.
tell your boss that i said your a beautifull sexy woman, and there is nothing wrong with you, every male is already losing saliva looking at your picture.
Maybe try to eat less and try to exercise more.(Warning: Dont get underweight when u are thin).
Suggestions/Tips1 - water boosts metabolism
2- excercise 3 or more times a week (at best excercise at least 30 minutes a day)
3 - try yoga
4 - do not starve yourself your body will only go into starvation mood making you gain more weight
5 - bulima is not a good idea due to damage of the throat and the chance of not quiting the habit
6- get a membership at bally's total fitness or local community center
7 - pick up a physical activity such as skateboarding, hiking, etc
8 - take vitamins
9 - talk to a doctor about the best diet for you
10 - try becoming a vegetarian (red meat can be bad for you, but make sure you get enough daily protein.)
11 - if you are watching what you eat every day, sign up for an account at fitday.com! it helps you make goals and helps you track calories!12 - you are beautiful just the way you are! i've seen your photos and you look to be at a healthy weight for your height!
Slimming has many dimensions. 1. Dieting - Eat a balanced diet with lots of veggies, fluids and less carbohydrate and sugar.2. Exercise - Try a sport you like and can keep your interest going. Change the sport as and when you get sick of it. 3. Psychological - Start seeing yourself as thin. The power of your mind is stronger than that of the above 2. If you do the above 2 and still think you are fat, chances are you will be. 4. Emotional - Try to keep a cheerful disposition. People tend to do silly things like gorge themselves with food when they are unhappy. Psychology reserch also shows happy people are more logical. Thats about it. Good luck.

Pills are complete junk never take those (there bad on the liver). The best way to lose weight is to put in an hour of cardio a day. Also make sure you stay hydrated. lots of water will do a body great. Also try to cut out fatty meats like beef and pork. Rice and chicken will do the body real good. I've also gone long periods with out eating for wrestling and what your feeling isn't fever its your body shutting down do to a lack of nutrients and hydration. You don't need to lose weight though your talent manager is stupid. losing weight doesn't make a girl hot the girl makes the girl hot if that makes any sence to you.
I saw your pictures and your NOT FAT at all, you look good, I would suggest you get a different agent. Have you seen some of the singers out there? They are your size, you have nothing to worry about. Don't listen to that so called stylist/talent manager..this is probably the reason that person is still a stylist and not a full blown talent agent. You look good the way you are and don't let anybody else tell you different!!!! You are a very pretty young lady.
