Can i improve my memory by exercising my eyes 30 seconds a day?

Answer:
You're an idiot.
Try studying.
Real studies, not something you learned on the internet (or US university = same thing)
yesyoucan
Read?
not that i am aware of, but to improve your memory eat almonds, and ladyfingers. Also, meditate for like 5 min a day and gradually go up.
yes and if you want to improve your memerory try taking some fish oil ;)
no , but your eye's will drop out
exercise your eyes?? hahah, so, do you walk around with your eyes shut? lol
i don't know. Can you?
I saw this on telly, looking left and right really quickly for 30 secs.Personally I think it bollocks.
as long as you don't forget to do it, how do you actually exercise your eyes: Look up, look down, look left, look right. do you do this for 30 seconds each day!!
Ginko biloba.. save your eyes lol
Why don't you give it a go and let us know if it works!!Good luck, happy exercising x
This exercise does work, however, exercising your eyes does not mean simply rolling them around, you need to look right and look left, than look straight and try to remember what was on the right, than what was on the left while still looking straight. To confirm that you were correct, you look right and left again but slowly this time.
do this once an hour for a couple of weeks, and you will see your memory improving.
After some weeks of doing this, you will remember each morning... "I must exercise my eyes"
you can improve your memory by not drinking alcohol, keep your mind active reading, doing cross words, studding for what ever takes your fancy, and eating nuts apparently they reduce the chance of Alzheimer's.
If you ask someone a question, for example "What did you have for lunch today" , you will notice that their eyes will look either to the left of the right while they try to remember.
Which ever side they look, is the memory recall for that person.
If you then ask a question where they have to think what they are going to do, for example. "What colour will you paint that wall", then the eyes will turn to the opposite side while they construct a picture and think about it.
Try it. Its very difficult to stop your eyeballs moving to the left or right when being asked a question. Even if its only a flicker of a movement.
Apparently if you are observant, and skilled enough, then you can tell if someone is lying by their eye movements. If you asked them where they have been that day, then they should look to the side which is memory. If they look the other way, then they could be thinking up a lie.
Body language has also to be taken into account as well.
So there is probably something in the theory of improving your memory by exercising your eyes each day.
I suspect not, however doing mental exercises like maths or puzzles is said to help.
