Can I lose weight from not drinking soda?

yes you can! even just try it for a week, just drink water and in 7 days your body will feel so happy to be rid of the soda!

It depends on what else you eat. If you eat pretty healthy and just splurge with the pop, then go ahead and cut it. But if you eat a lot of other bad things, It prob. wont help that much. But dont forget to splurge every now and again. Pop tastes too good to never drink it again.

Drink all you want, but only the stuff without sugar. Best way to lose weight is to make soup. Buy dry chicken noodle, not the cup of soup type, the package stuff , check label it has almost no calories and add a bag of frozen veggies and a can of chicken if you want. Make a big bowl and eat it all day with all the diet soda you want and you will lose weight.
Not necessarily, but it WILL be a healthier way to go if you cut down on the soda, and there is a very possible chance you will lose some weight. I realized that i was drinking waaaay too much soda because it was so convinient (caffine, fluid, and taste all in a can to go) But i havn't lost any weight from cutting down on my soda. :'( hope this helps!
