Can ayone help me lose weigh?

Even if it's trowing up(I'v tried but nothing comes up)or not eating(hiding from parents)!
Answer:
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
eat fruit and vegetable
stop eat fast food, junk food and fried food

Exercise. Exercise. Exercise.
You can eat what you want if you exercise.
1. Start eating healthy food - fruit, vegetables, lean meats, cereals, juice, rather than fried foods and soft drinks. Try to limit yourself to one fast food meal per week.
2. Drink lots of water at least 2L per day.
2a Eat lots of fibre to clean out your system. Stay away from white bread, start using wheat/wholemeal.
3. Start exercising. Walk for about an hour a day to start with.
4. Get involved in positive relationships with people who will support you
5. Get enough sleep.
6. If you need to snack, try fresh or dried fruit and nuts, crackers etc. rather than chocolate. Fruits still have the sugary taste but it's natural.
Then you should go to a nutritionist and figure out whats going on. Diet pills from GNC aren't the way to go, because they make you lose weight fast, too fast for your body to keep up.
I kept losing my weigh - so I bought a map
try taking 3 tablets @ day of vitamin c 500 mg @!! It really works!! guaranteed!! have fun being slim!!
Sheesh...how many times do I have to say that there is no quick fix?
Throwing up will only give you problems with your esophagus and, eventually, you won't be able to keep food down. It will lessen your potassium. You may not even lose weight because the calories stay while the excess goes. If you don't stop it you will be sick and, if you do stop it you will not have any willpower to do it yourself. The best thing ever is Weight Watchers for males, too. It teaches you how to decide for yourself what to eat. Additionally, muscle burns fat so if you exercise regularly, combining some weight training and cardio and eat healthy foods, cutting out excess fats like cheeses, mayo, heavy salad dressings and sugars you will definitely lose the weight you want to lose in a short period of time. There is nothing like working for something and getting the payoff!
Any chance you would be willing to eat healthy foods on a regular basis? You didn't say how old you are, or your height and weight.
Diet plans differ for men and women. But everyone should eat 3 meals a day and 2 planned snacks. Avoid alcohol, sweets, soda and junk food. You should have 2 or 3 servings of dairy--yogurt/milk/cheese. 5 servings of fruit/veggies ,2-3 servings of protein, and be careful not to
use too much salad dressing or eat greasy foods.
Drink water, and get some exercise. Good Luck!
The most important thing to loose weight is to actually eat. Eating right will increase your metabolism. Also try exercise, this will help you burn calories, do both cardio and lifting. To start try running half a mile a day and lift for half an hour. Then try running a mile and lift 45 min.
Increase till ur running 2 miles a day and lifting for an hour-1.5 hours. Make sure u increase ur weights to build muscle. In terms of food, make sure to consume a lot of fiber, as well as grains. Avoid ice cream, pizza, burgers, and other items high in fat. Eat vegies, pasta, fruit, chicken and fish.Make sure u dont skip meals, this is not good habit to develop
1. always eat 4-5 small portions of meals everyday.
dont get me wrong but it's true. it will help you stay full for the rest of the day.2. between meals, eat watery fruits such as Fuji Apple.
it will stuff you up so you can eat smaller portion of the next meal. 3. make sure you drink 8 glasses of water.4. do light excercise in the morning and at night.
i suggest you to have 15 -25 minutes session.5. go for a walk, at least 10.000 steps a day.
i lost 15 pounds in the first 2 weeks.
now i can skipped meals and change them to fruits.
because i always feel full!
Throwing up and not eating are not healthy ways to lose weight.Losing 1 to 1.3 pounds a week is a healthy way to lose weight. I use http://www.myfooddiary.com It's $9 a month, but there are other programs that are similar that are free. Do a Yahoo search for calorie counters.Burn more calories than you take in - eat more fruits and veggies, but don't deny yourself bread, meat %26 diary products - cut out sweets and empty calories (soda, juices, alcohol, etc.) they don't fill you up and are a waste - drink 8 - 8oz glasses of water a day and exercise doing at least 20-30 minutes of cardio a day and add some weight training in there too - to build muscle.Don't do anything extreme - fad diets and starving aren't good on your body. If you skip meals and stuff your body will begin eating away at your muscle to survive and muscle is what you should want to keep.Be healthy.
I don't know your eating habits, may I suggest a proper diet such as cutting back on foods high in sugar, in other words, no cookies, cakes, pies or other junk foods. You may want to cut back on "bad" carbohydrate foods, particularly pasta. Excercise should also be incorporated as part of any diet, walking at least 3 times a week for a minimum of one half hour will help you from gaining more weight. Swimming (if you have access to a pool) and bicyling are good. I don't suggest vomiting to lose weight because you can develop seious medical problems. Not eating will slow down your metabolism. Exercise will speed up you metabolism and help you to lose weight. I hope that these suggestions will help you. Best of luck to you
