Can I get some general tips on stretching?

Answer:
The best time to begin your stretching exercise is first thing in the morning. If it is possible to arise a few minutes earlier than normal just to do stretching exercise you will get more benefits. Picking a place in your home where you can do the exercise. If you have a spot close to your bed that will work, this will make it comfortable to crawl out of bed and begin. Go on with a little stretching routine to do day by day that includes stretching your legs, arms, neck, and back. By taking this time in the morning to do some stretching, you will find out that you will have more power in the morning and are able to get started quicker and with a more convinced outlook on the day.
Its generally agreed that stretching is best done after a warmup or workout when you are properly warmed up.For resistance training, put in 20 minutes or so on a stationary bike or treadmill to get warmed up before stretching or lifting (I prefer swimming laps as a warmup, but thats me).
