Can jumping on a trampoline somehow get me a flatter stomach or help me lose some excess body fat?

It might not get you a flatter stomach, but it could help you stay fit, and lose some excess weight because it is burning some calories. To flatten your stomach, do crunches 40 times a day; 20 in the morning and 20 at night. That's what I do and I have some nice abs =]

ya but only if u try to jump high and do tricks then ull be sweating so youll lose some pounds
