Can someone answer this?

ok so im trying to lose weight..alot , does anyone no what i can do, im 16 and thinking about sratving myself, please give me a diet that i can lose weight fast..i mean really fast
Answer:
Emily, I don't know your height or weight currently, however, based on information I have from nutritionist stuff, the basic weight for a woman who is 5' tall, is 100 lbs. 5 lbs for every inch over that. Also, based on bone structure. Small, med. or large. I'll use me for an example: 5'6 %26 1/2 ' tall, large bone frame. 5'=100 lbs. 6 %26 1/2 "=x 5 lbs comes to = 32.5 lbs. Or, all together, 132.5 lbs. Large bone frame, I can weigh 135-even 140 lbs, no problem. The best, healthiest way, if you truly, based on the info I just gave you, need to truly lose weight, eat proteins (meat,) carbs, veggies, fruits, drink either 8 - 8 oz glasses of water, or 4 - 16 oz bottles of water per day. And, exercise--dancing, swiming, riding a bike, walking, things like that. That you will enjoy doing. And, please see about taking a good multi-mineral-muti-vitamin one per day-or one per every other day, if possible. Muscle weighs more than fat. Honest. Hope this helps. Also, please make an appt. to see your dr. about any "diet" or exercise program before you start. Take care.
drink plenty of fluids and exercise. and don't eat more than you can burn off
Sign up at glamour.com for in the body by glamour section. It's a whole section on eating well and fitness. Ypu can customize it for you weight, goals and lifestlye. Please lose weight the right way. Don't starve your self.
Oh good God. I'm also sixteen. Don't starve yourself. Are you crazy? I bet you're doing this for a guy. Just don't... it's not worth it...Here's my advice cardio!! Running, jogging, walking fast, aerobics, dance, swim, hell, do some jumping jacks. You need to get the heart rate up, and keep it up, and increase your oxygen flow. Some other cardio you can do is: Biking, rowing a boat, elliptical, jumprope, basketball etc. Crunches build muscle, that is anerobic(depriving oxygen) while cardio is aerobic(requiring oxygen)... So basically cardio burns fat, while anerobic exercises like lifting weights, build muscle. So without less fat your abs won't show. Even after 1,000,000,000 of situps or crunches. Cut the fat and the abs will shoe, therefore you'll have a good body. You should also eat healthy though... Eat something like steamed veggies!
whatever you do do not stop eating all together that would be a really bad idea do some jogging get a really get sweat everyday and drink alot of water after wards
if you straving your self you will just gain weight. try working out get a buddy that you can go to the gym with .. that way you have someone to push you tord your goals.. please dont take diet pills you will need to be on them the rest of your life to stay skinny that is if they even work... talk to your dr he/she can help you with the kinds of foods to eat,,,, till you can talk with them stay away from pop and candy , stuff like that. good luck
Don't starve yourself, only leads to problems.Eat fruits, vegetables, meats and healthy snacks like almonds.Eat small portion meals.Go to the gym or join a sport at school.
whatever u do, DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! it will only make you lose water weight tht will come back rele fast, then
u'll start to retain water and become even fatter. plus, u can't imagine all the health problems tht go along with it. check the calories on every food u eat, do u eat a lot of fatty foods, fried stuff maybe? do u eat a lot? u prolly already watch wut u eat soooo u could buy a whole bunch of this "new exercise equipment" use dieting pills, ask a doctor first! go to weight watchers, or get lyposucktion. if u choose the healthiest way(dieting and exercising) remember, it will take time, just don't give up and you WILL see a difference
k. Lose the soda,do morning jogs, engage in sports, do exersizes, watch ur weight by using th Serving Size in the Nutritional facts, get low fat and sugar free stuff. Don't eat anything super sweet at night, and don't go 2 fast food places a lot.
sorry theres no fast answer... the "easy answers" out there will get you nowhere fast..dont starve yourself... it isnt healthy and once you start eating again you have a better chance of gaining it all back because of the shock starving can cause your body.drink lots of water... natural fruit juices are also good... Dont drink soda pop! burn more calories than you take in... eat lots of fruits, vegetables, peanut butter. you can eat as much fruit and veges as you want... those things will never make you fat. watch your intake of carbs but dont lose them all together you need it for energy.. avoid most manufactured pre-packaged foods if you can... drink milk i believe it is a fat-fighter due to experience and articles i have read in fitness magazines. exercise... even if you dont go hardcore about it... a little exercise is always always better than none... find ways to stay active that you find enjoyable... cuz no one sticks with exercises or activities they dont find fun..good luck in all you do... remember all of the little things you do to try and improve yourself will add up... stick with it and dont give up either. peace and love to you!
Starving yourself will not help, I would suggest this; Everytime you feel the urge to get chew gum. Limit how many times a day you eat a full meal and how many times you snack during the day.Try this schedule and let me know if it works:
--In between each of these meals chew gum and drink alot of water. It'll cut down on you always feeling hungry and wanting to eat, and on your weight.Breakfast: Alternate your breakfast every morningEither:--A bowl of cereal with a glass of fruit juice : i.e--orange or apple (unsweetened for the apple. It contains less sugar)
--Toasted wheat bread with a little butter and a glass of fruit juice i.e--orange or apple (unsweetened for the apple. It contains less sugar)--Granola bars (if you like them, and which ever of your choice), a pudding cup, and a glass of fruit juice.Snack:--Fruit
--Popcorn
--Anything healthy--Lunch:
--Salad: Not to much cheese, No bacon, No eggs !
--If it's a meal, then try and not have to much on your plate. Smaller plates let you have a smaller serving of food.--Dinner: Try something different ever night-- Bake chicken with rice, salad, and a red bean gravy--Stewed or bake fish with mash potatoes, and salad--Anything else of your choice, as long as it healthy and it contains a salad--NOTHING FRIED! Baked, Stewed, and Steamed are the best type of foods. Fried foods contain the most amount of fat.--Desert:
--Yogurt
--Popsicles
--Ice Cream (the slow churned kind)
--Pudding (Fat Free)
