Can i become anorexic off of this amount each day?

for breakfast i had a peice of bread and half a glass of orange juice. for supper, a 220 calorie granola bar, and a glass of strawberry milk. this is my first day eating this amount but if i continue everyday, could i become anorexic? or just lose some weight?

Anorexic? Read please. Anorexia is an eating disorder where people starve themselves. Anorexia usually begins in young people around the onset of puberty. Individuals suffering from anorexia have extreme weight loss. Weight loss is usually 15% below the person's normal body weight. People suffering from anorexia are very skinny but are convinced that they are overweight. Weight loss is obtained by many ways. Some of the common techniques used are excessive exercise, intake of laxatives and not eating.Anorexics have an intense fear of becoming fat. Their dieting habits develop from this fear. Anorexia mainly affects adolescent girls.People with anorexia continue to think they are overweight even after they become extremely thin, are very ill or near death. Often they will develop strange eating habits such as refusing to eat in front of other people. Sometimes the individuals will prepare big meals for others while refusing to eat any of it.

If you obsess about your weight you will become anorexic. Eating that little will do a lot of damage to your body and if you eat like that your body will go into starvation mode and any food that goes into your body will be more than likely converted to fat.
That is very unhealthy eating. If you want to lose weight I suggest doing it a healthy way. From what I've learned about dieting the way you are taking it you will lose valuable muscle, not get the amount of nutrition you need %26 most likely feel weak from low blood sugar. Look into: Ediets
Change one Diet (I am following this right now %26 already lost about 3pds in 2wks. Slow but I am learning to eat in a new way.)
This sounds very unhealthy. You have to eat at least 1200 calories a day for your body to function properly. Eating this way will throw your body into starvation mode and when you do eat it will store everything as fat. To be honest this is a form of starvation and that is not healthy. if you are looking to diet, you need to still eat regular meals, maybe just smaller amounts and healthier choices. Remember staving yourself is not dieting
Don't listen to these people who talk of throwing up. That is a syptom of bulimia. You probably will loose some weight. I don't consider that an unhealthy amount to eat. I think that's a good amount. You just might want to add some meat in there every once in awhile.
