Answer:
I don't think it's possible. I believe you need 10% or less body fat to have a "true" washboard stomach (like the guys you see on the covers of fitness magazines). The healthy range for adult males is 12--16%.But you can make a difference in two months. Most nutritionists recommend exercising for at least 30 minutes most days of the week (at least four). Just don't overdo it, since, at your age, your body needs lots of energy just to grow. For eating, start with making substitutions. Fast food should be eliminated or minimized (see if you can go the next two months without any fast food). Avoid soda as well. Drink lots of water. Eat fist-size portions of lean meat. Eat lots of high-fiber foods, such as 100% whole wheat bread and pasta, and leafy green veggies (such as broccoli). Replace sweet snacks (such as cookies and Twinkies) with fresh fruit. Eat lots of beans, legumes and other whole grains.
Ok you need to eat lots of proteins before and after you work out and I suggest you to go more than twice week. Its very important that you eat healthy and that you eliminate sugar as much as possible because believe it or not it goes straight to your stomach and your love handle area. Also try to have 3 meals and 3 snacks a day.good luck!
Listen a gym a trainer and your set or you can do 100 sit ups 3 times a day for 2 weeks they don't come overnight kara
