Can we eat fruits in the morning in empty stomach?

bcz i ate grapes at office without taking any food in the morning.. my frnd said 'its too early to eat fruits" ... is it fair or not gud?

yes, you can eat fruits in the morning, in fact it's very healthy. fruits and veggies are always healthy for a meal, don't worry.

You can eat fruit any time of the day. I don't know what your friend means by being too early in the morning to eat fruit. I have never heard that before.

Honestly, your friend does not have a clue what he or she is saying. The best time to eat fruit is any time before 1 p.m. Fruit has carbs and sugars so it wont be a good idea to eat it late(note they are in a healthier form of sugar). Now as far as eating it on an empty stomach? Well think about it for a second. What is food? A twinky, donut or coffee in the morning? How about pancakes, sausage, toast filled with butter and sugar? How about french toast, waffles, sugary cereals. All these foods have SO MUCH fat, bad carbs, sugars, and loaded with calories. If your going to have anything that has sugar it should come from fruits. I always have a small bowel of fruit in the morning with almonds. Try it sweetie. Its very satisfying.
That's not true...While most asians deem fruits as being too 'cooling' to take in the morning, it is ok to have fruits in the morning and is healthier to do so. i have been eating fruits for breakfast for at least 3 years and am fine so far;)We should eat high water content fruits on an empty stomach early in the morning...The reason for taking fruits in the morning is that our body is busy detoxing during this time. This is why we wake with bad breadth, water to pee and motion to pass out. During this period of focused detox, it is best that the body take light foods to conserve energy so rather than using most of the energy to digest your bread or char bee hoon, the body can use it to detox properly.
