Can u help in reducing weight?

hello! my name is sunita and my age is 39.i have a weight of 84 kgs and my hieght is 162 cms i.e.5"4 can u suggest me some tips of what food should be taken and what should be avoided.also i would like to know some exercises.if any one know anything pls reply.

You need to change ur diet because variety is good for u.
Dont eat the same BF daily. Have something different eg. eggs, sugar free egg pudding,cereal, etc. rotate it a bit.
Dont have a sandwich for lunch everyday. Have a salad, fat free yoghurt, some fruit, brown rice, some protein like grilled fish, chicken etc.And u can do without crackers. Have low fat cheese instead,it'll stave off hunger for a longer period. U can add it to ur salad. Make salad ahead for 2/3 days %26 carry it to work ifu want.Add flaxseeds,psyllium husks, beans, etc to make it balanced.U can also add fish or chicken to ur salad.
Have fruits, munch on celery or cucumber etc. for snacks, yoghurt is good too.
Dont have grains for dinner, no pasta, no bread. U can have some brown rice instead(about 4-5 tbsp)with meat, salad, fruits.
Swim, jog, use a treadmill.Or walk!
HAve water every opportunity u get.
Cut down on caffeine. Start having milk, low fat.
No sugars, no alcohol, no sodas except diet without caffeine maybe once a day
Whatever you do, do not do a fad diet. All you need to do is work out more and eat healthier food and eat the correct portions. Stay away from excessive sugar (unless its from fruit) and dont eat anything fried. Drink lots of water too!

Well i believe in working out. I think if you can lift your own weight then you are in shape. It should help loose the pounds.

Walking and jogging are the best exercises to start with.
There is a diet called the zone diet - 2/3 of your plate healthy fruit and veggies. The other 1/3 protein. Lots of water. Don't forget to drink milk. Healthy snacks only.
