Can walking, treadmills and elliptical trainers help burn belly fat?

Which one is more effective?
30min-1hr of any at medium-high intensity
If not what are some other good exercises that can help with the belly pouch? How long will it take to come off?
Answer:
Elliptical is usually best as it works both your upper and lower body. Its also not hard impact on your body, so it will save your joints better than a treadmill will. As for how long to take it off... depends on each individual body. Its best to exercise 2 hours after a meal. Start out with low intensity, then make it longer and harder as you go along.
Yes, and it is good for your heart. I want one of them.
i would rotate the machines everyday. if you have time, do an hour, if not then do 30 minutes. doing sit ups every night will help tone the belly area also. good luck, i am working on the same battle.
You shouldn't rush yourself into losing weight really quickly because easy come easy go. Walking is the best thing for you because it works all the important areas in your body and it helps the most because it doesn't build up any muscle but instead it just burns the fat. So, definitely walking!!an hour a day for 5 days a week is an optimum amount of time but make sure not to over work yourself because you're trying to burn the fat not replace it by muscle. Abs exercises will do wonders for your belly so will swimming, walking, cycling...any sort of sport will help with the "belly pouch". Well, how long did it take for you to get the belly pouch? Is it such a horrifying idea if you lose it slowly? Give it about 2 to 3 months and it should decrease in size significantlyAgain, don't stress yourself about this...being healthy is a lifestyle process and not a destination!
No but it will burn calories! You need machines that will give your tummy an exercise like doing pull-ups. Those are good! Plus you don't need a machine to do pull-ups!
I think your best bet to targeting belly fat is to go swimming. Head down to the local YMCA or any other lap pool, and start swimming. Thats how I managed to cut my waist down rather quickly.
