Can someone please help me?

i currently weigh about 150 lbs. i am about 5'7"ish. my school is going to a beach trip end of may, beginning of juneish. i am pretty fat now and i'm not happy about the way i look. in january, i wanted to be 130, but obviously that's not going to happen. can someone tell me what i should do to look my very possible best by that date?

cut your caloric intake. fresh veggies, less fat. cardio. good luck.
or strict Adkins diet. No cheating or it wont work. It does work though, I've tried it. but since I get low blood sugar, it was not good for me.
Do not work out everyday. Your body needs resting periods. If you do work out, you may gain muscle, but lose fat, so don't always trust scales.

Your post concerns me. At 5'7", 150 is not "pretty fat." It sounds like you have self esteem issues as well as a poor body image. In 2 months, the most you could hope to lose in a healthy manner is 8-16 pounds. There is no quick fix for a weight problem. It takes a controlled diet and exercise program. You have to increase your fruit and vegetable intake while cutting out the junk. I'm not sure of your age, but you should consult a physician. If that is not an option, there are many free weight loss support groups on the internet. Try Sparkpeople. It's free and has many great resources.
make sure that you burn everything you eat. but dont kill yourself doing the diet thing. exercise is the best answer. goodluck

try skipping lunch or breakfast...and eatin littler portions
