Can someone tell me a meal plan that consists of 800 calories?

I posted a question before about eating only 400 calories but I was just wondering if it really slows down your metabolism. I'll bump up the calories to 800. By eating 800 calories, how could I lose 6 pounds by May 19th? I know it's risky, but I'm pretty much itching to look good. People tell me I'm pretty but it's my stubbourn belly and legs that piss me off. If anyone has an idea, please help me. One pound is 3,500 calories, I how much would I have to burn per week to lose 3 pounds?
10, 500, right?Anywho, if someone knows how to help me out, I'd love you forever. This club party is gonna be packed with pretty, skinny girls; I wanna be one of them. If you can help me furthermore, please email me at Eurobarbiiex3@yahoo.com. If it helps, I have a gym membership, and a treadmill, an AB lounge, AB slide, and some weights. Thank you, everyone. I know you have better things to do, but at this point, I'm desperate(sounds pathetic; but it's true!) Have a great day, all.
Answer:
if you consume less calories than the BMR requires you won't lose any fat, it's that plan and simple. 800 calories a day would be the minimum caloric intake for the average 75 lb individual.
Liquid Diets - Meal Replacement Plans
Two Broad Categories of Liquid Diets/Meal Replacement Plans
Liquid diets generally fall into two categories.Low Calorie Liquid Diets/Meal Replacement Plans
This type of liquid diet consists of medically supervised liquid meal replacements that provide about 500-800 calories per day (a very low calorie plan). These then progress to include a certain amount of solid food. Usually short-term only, this type of liquid diet is usually reserved for seriously obese people who need to lose a lot of weight quickly.
Commercial Liquid Diets/Meal Replacement Plans
This is the popular type of liquid diet. In this plan, liquid meal replacements are consumed by the dieter in place of one or two regular daily meals. In addition, the dieter may consume one or two meals of real food (usually low-fat and calorie-controlled). Some liquid diet programs offer pre-packaged meal-options for these real meals. This type of liquid diet is widely advertised to the general diet public as a way of achieving fast weight loss. What Food does a Liquid Diet Plan consist of?
Usually, a liquid diet plan consists of a nutritionally balanced shake made from sugar, skimmed milk powder, fiber, vitamins, minerals and sweetener. (Some liquid diet plans also include snack bars.) In addition, these liquid diet plans permit a certain amount of solid or real food. The calorie content of these plans varies enormously.Low Calorie Liquid Diets offer about 500 calories per day in the form of 5 shakes, plus a real meal of about 200 calories, for a total of about 700 calories.
Commercial Liquid Diets usually provide 3 shakes of about 200 calories each, plus a real evening meal of about 600 calories, for a total of about 1,200 calories.
Liquid Diets/Meal Replacement Diets - Drawbacks
Drawbacks of Low Calorie Liquid Diets/Meal Replacement Plans
Low calorie liquid diets (500-800 calories a day) usually offer too little fiber and lack important antioxidants found in fruits, vegetables and whole grains. This can lower resistance to disease. In addition, due to the low calorie content, these liquid diets are unsafe unless medically prescribed and supervised. Finally, studies have shown that weight loss achieved while following a low calorie liquid diet plan is rarely sustained. Dieters can expect to regain as much as 75% of weight lost, within 3 years.Drawbacks of Commercial Liquid Diets/Meal Replacement Plans
Because these weight loss plans combine liquid meal replacements with solid foods, they are higher in calories and nutrients and therefore healthier. The Big Weight Loss Issue
However, the big drawback remains the issue of eating habits. These diets may help you to lose weight in the short term but they can't teach you to eat right in the long term.Without such diet-modification, long term weight loss is not possible.Verdict
If you are looking for long term weight loss, these liquid diets/meal replacement plans are not to be recommended. Successful weight loss is all about training yourself to eat properly. A Note about Healthy Weight Control
Fad diets, unbalanced diets, diet pills, diet supplements, weight loss surgery and other short term weight loss methods are not recommended for permanent weight control. The best way to lose excess fat and maintain a healthy weight in the long term is to follow a balanced calorie-controlled diet (that improves your eating habits) and take regular aerobic exercise.
You should eat at least 1200 calories a day if you don't want your metabolism to slow down... more if you're very active. And you should never try to loose more then 2 pounds a week over an extended period of time.
800 calories is still starvation level. Your body will try to maintain its fat by burning up muscle, and that is not what you want. the lowest you should eat to lose weight is about 10x your body weight. That will maximize your metabolism without burning muscle. If you want your body Don't worry, it will burn up. On a side note, as a guy...well...we usually wouldn't notice 6lbs. 15 sure...probably not 6. Anywho, if you really want to lose 6lbs in two weeks, it isn't hard, you don't have to take such drastic measures. Jog for 45 minuts a day (or eliptical if you can't jog, or whatever aerobic you can do), count your calories (not 800, that is starvation level, you will NOT be one of the pretty girls. Guys like skinny and toned, not wasted with rings under the eyes), it it will go. If you have the will power to eat 800 calories a day (I know I don't), then I'm sure you have the willpower to do the excersize and eat right. Good luck!.Edit:
After some more research, I guess you can actually SLOW DOWN your weight loss by going into starvatiton. You will lose weight faster if you eat proper than if you try starvation. Hope that helps.
let me just say that 800 calories is a very small amount of calories. if you do happen to lose those punds quickly you'll eventually gain them back becauuse you are loosing water not fat. So its gonna come back quicker than you expect and maybe double the amount so I would suggest dieting the right way. YOu can try a crash diet like Beyonce did by just eating preotein drinks you'll lose weight quickly but again itll come back.
Females need at LEAST 1200 cals a day to just function. Otherwise, your body will go into starvation mode and store every bit you eat as fat. Not pretty.
The minimum number of claories you can eat per day is 1100. If you eat less than that, your body will go into starvation mode.
