Can someone please help me?

I need to know what to eat that won't be very fattening! I am thin but I need to get rid of my pudgy stomach! I guess I should start drinkin' Diet sodas! I work outside in the hot heat doing Irrigation what should I eat to help me lose this nasty pudgyness?
Answer:
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
Diet sodas? They are worse for you than regular soda because of all the chemicals.Don't drink any soda. Drink water or juice.
what?i dunno.
you do not give your stats how tall you are or how much you weigh you might be right where you should be
unhealthy dieting can weaken your system
Try a nutritionist
Don't drink diet soda, drink water. It's a miracle worker!
I think you should consider exercise more than diet for tummy fat
Drink diet soda if you already drank regular soda and you are replacing it.. and then after that think about quitting soda.
Anything is "fattening" if you eat more than you burn off. Just start by trimming off a little here and there.. Smaller piece of pie, no cheese on the sandwich..
The only way to get rid of a pudgy stomach (that I know of) is through exercise.I do the Billy Tai Bo exercises and they are fun. Or there's a new one out that's to do with hip hop dancing...that one I saw advertised on T.V.it's not available in stores yet.Anyway, exercising is the only way.
Have you considered you might be constipated? You should be drinking lots of water, more than the 8 glasses a day thing considering you are working in the heat outside. Sodas will bloat you. Increase your fiber, try Activia yogurt by Dannon, and drink several bottles of water a day, and of course exercise.
losts of fiber rich foods, whole grains, wheat bread, broccolli, etc,, anything with fiber will natually pull anything trapped in that area, also stay away from the soft drinks, yes even diet soda drink plenty of water, fiber and water alone will wash away unwanted pounds around the stomach expecially if your already small.-stay away from white bread and other processed foods as well. you can also try a colon or complete body cleans they sell them @ any GNC or walgreens this also cleans out areas where unwanted pudge,, or fat likes to hang out or tends to get traped over years..
good luck..
