Can someone tell me how to get rid of the fat on your hips?


Answer:
A great way to loss those hip is walking.. Walking 5-7kms each moring will sooner than latter rid those kgs...
But if your just begining then your best bet is on a exercise bike (25 - 45 then build up to 120min may be two sessions a day) were your weight and joints will be supported. Less injury this way too, just untill you are able to enjoy the great out doors.?
running and more running. eatting right and running will do it.
Walk around the neighborhood for up to 7 miles a day.
run and stop eating meat!
You can't spot reduce. You have to eat healthy and exercise. Try to watch what you eat and you should lose some weight. You must lose the fat first and then try some workouts with weights to tighten the area.
