I am 18 and vegetarian. I want to start eating foods that will benefit me with nutrition, especially since I am vegetarian I need more B12. I want to get the proper amount of fiber, vitamins etc everyday.so if you are good with nutrition or have taken a nutrition class please help me :)breakfast lunch dinner snacks
