Can I get in shape in 11 weeks without going to the gym but just using a exercise ball?

What foods should I avoid and eat more of? How often should I eat and workout? When will I 1st see results?
Answer:
You can definitely lose weight and firm up your muscles in 11 weeks. Depending on how much weight you want to lose, however, it may take you longer than 11 weeks to reach your ultimate goal. You want to aim for about 1-2 pounds of fat loss a week. Anything more than that and you could be losing muscle as well as fat, which isn't good. Building muscle helps you burn more fat and keeps you from looking flabby. You should try to workout about 5 times a week and you should aim for eating 5 small meals a day. Three types of food will help you lose weight and gain muscle: lean protein (like chicken, fish, tofu), fiber (like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains), and low-fat calcium (like low-fat yogurt, skim milk). Try to include more of these types of food in your diet. Try to avoid processed foods (like white bread and minute rice) as much as possible as they will turn to sugar faster when you digest them. Also, limit your sugar intake. For some free exercise ball video workouts, check out www.exerciseballworkouts.net. Good luck! Just stick with your plan and you can do it!
yea of course you can! if you do different variations of exercises that work different parts of your body then it is no difference from the gym. Some food you should avoid are, obviously, fast food and pizza etc. But you should also stay away from hamburgers, beef..anything that comes from a cow, besides milk, because even though it is packed with protein it is packed in fat. Also all the deserts you should STAY AWAY! Some other things to stay away from are little, unhealthy snacks like pop-tarts, chips, etc. A great alternative for good, healthy snacks would be yogurt, cut up fruit/vegetables, and also fruit popsicles (believe it or not). You should eat more protein definitely because it helps build muscle. Proteins like chicken and fish are great for you. Salads are also great and even chocolate pudding is low in fat and packed with vitamins. If I were you I would stay away from protein bars because they are sometimes loaded with fat and they taste like crap anyways..ha ha. You should workout at least 5 days a week. You should eat one of the three ways: You could eat 5 small little meals, 1 big meal and eat small little snacks, or 3 medium proportioned meals. Honestly, you will see results in the first week. Once you get on the scale you will have dropped at least 4-5 pounds, which is great! Well, I hoped I helped you, and GOOD LUCK!!
