if i am walking 3 kms a day and then running around kicking a ball with my toddler for half an hour everyday and eating fairly healthy(like about 20 grms fat per day)and (about 1700 cals per day) im currently 88 kilos(about 194 lbs) and im 179cms tall)can i loose that amount of weight in that time?
