If i wake up in the morning drink a red bull workout for 2 hours and then for lunch eat a banana with 2 scoops of peanut butter and then later on that day work out for another 1 1/2 and have an apple and lot's of water? And yeah i know that it's bad and dangerous , but either way my mind is set. So, please no bad remarks ,just feedback.

In order to lose a pound a day you'd have to burn about 3500 calories more than you take in, which isn't going to happen with 3.5 hours of working out. The calories you are ingesting are so low that you might actually get the reverse of what you want and gain weight. Your body will tell itself to start storing fat because it isn't getting enough calories to function properly.
