Can I replace water with ice tea?

I am starting a fitness plan and it says drink 8 oz glasses of water per day. I'm not big on water, but I love ice tea. I don't put suger in my tea, so its just water and a tea bag. Can that count as my 8 glasses of water?
Answer:
Yes -IF it is herbal tea with NO caffeine. If it is black, white or green tea it has caffeine which is a diuretic and will get you dehydrated. Try other sugar free caffeine free beverages. And also try water :o)
try to make sure it doesn't have regular sugar in it though okay
Yes you can, but also try to fit some water in there if you can. Maybe try flavored water, lemon in it?
You can, but it should really be decaffeinated.
sure
tea is good for weight loss

No, Ice tea is not the same as water alone. I have a problem drinking water like I should but I drink as much as I can and I have found it easier to drink water when it is very cold. Good luck.
no, water is water. once anything changes the chemical compound of the water, it is no longer water.
NO, because tea can make you dehydrate, just take water and put some ice with 2 pcs. of slice lemon, it helps make water smells good.
It would have to be a decaffeinated, non-diuretic tea.
It's called "iced" tea not "ice" tea, and yes, you can.
While you can drink the tea without gaining weight, you should drink it in addition to your water requirements ... not in place of the water.
